螺旋分级机的用途:the application of spiral classifier
螺旋分级机主要用于选矿厂磨矿回路中的预先分级和检查分级，以及选矿、脱泥等作业。其优点是设备构造简单，工作可靠，操作方便。
spiral classifier is widely used for preliminary classification and rank classification and ore dressing and desliming. it has many advantage such as simple structure, stablity operation, user-friendly control.
螺旋分级机适用范围：
分级机广泛适用于选矿厂中与球磨机配成闭路循环程分程分流矿沙，或用在重力选矿厂中来分级矿砂和细泥，及金属选矿流程中对矿浆进行粒度分级，及洗矿作业中的脱泥、脱水等作业。该机具有结构简单、工作可靠、操作方便等特点。分级机是是借助于固体粒大小不同，比重不同，因而在液体中的沉降速度不同的原理，细矿粒浮游在水中成溢流出，粗矿粒沉于槽底。由螺旋推向上部排出，来进行机械分级的一种分级设备，能把磨机内磨出的料粉级于过滤，然后把粗料利用螺旋片旋片旋入磨机进料口，把过滤出的细料从溢流管子排出。该机底座采用槽钢，机体采用钢板焊接而成。螺旋轴的入水头、轴头、采用生铁套，耐磨耐用，提升装置分电动和手动两种。
The classifier is widely used in dressing plant which matches with the ball mill to form a closed cycle,in the gravity mill to classify the ore sand and fine silt,in the metal process to granularity classify the ore pulp,or in the ore washing process to desliming and dewatering。This machine is simple structure,functional reliablity,easy operation,etc.According to the principle of the different size ,different propotion of the solid grain and different settling rate in the liquid ,the fine ore grain swim overflow ,while the rough ore grain sink into the cell bottom and expel by the spiral to classify.The classifier can filter the material in the ball mill ,then screw the rough ore grain into the ball mill by the spiral fin,then excel the filtered fine ore grain from the overflow pipe.The pedestal of the classifier use the channel steel and the body use the steel board.The head and spindle nose of the screw shaft use the pig iron which is durable and wear-resisting .The lifting equipment can be divided into motor operation and hand operation.

Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. ?The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts a channel steel and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.

分级机主要由传动装置、螺旋体、槽体、升降机构、下部支座（轴瓦）和排矿阀组成。
